Singing - a 'natural happy drug'

Singing brings you more than supper!

Rock Choir is the world's largest pop and gospel singing group. Founded by Caroline Redman Lusher,  there are now  over 130 choirs nationwide. Singing, now found to be an aerobic activity, releases endorphins into the blood, boosting our mood, as well as raising oxygen levels. Controlled breathing aids in lessening anxiety.

Perhaps best of all is the company of others engaged in the same enjoyment of song.
