It's possible to live healthily in your older years.

it has been shown that increasing activities in mid-life leads to a much healthier ageing pattern. 2 1/2 hours a week of moderate to more intense physical activity appears to stave off what are called Long Term Conditions which can wreck havoc in older years.

Conditions such as heart and lung disease, musculoskeletal complaints and diabetes are not only debilitating but extremely costly to society.
