Cooked tomatoes and a healthy outlook stand us in good stead.

Cooking tomatoes apparently increases a substance called lycopene. It seems to be highly effective in combating diseases such as heart attacks, cancer and dementia.

Happiness rates more highly than anything else in living a healthy lifestyle and preventing Long Term Conditions.

Maybe the answer does lie in eating a full cooked English breakfast. Enough to start the day in a happy frame of mind.
