Banish your beer-belly!
Once again high intensity exercise in short bursts appears to do the trick when banishing dangerous fat around the hips and internal organs. In this research it was 30 second bursts such as full capacity sprinting over a 10 minute period every day. This compares with 20 second bursts on an exercise bike for a minute three times a week in previous research by Prof James Timmons of Birmingham University.
Whoever is right it is the short full intensity exercise that wins over fat and calories, particularly in cases of diabetes.
