Weight loss - low fat diets, good or not?

Products containing fat substitutes could lead to weight gain.

According to an article in Behavioural Neuroscience, eating foods with substitute low-fat content can confuse the body's ability to recognise when enough has been eaten, leading to weight gain. Natural low-fat foods have no such effect.
